Larry is the CEO of MVOC, a North Carolina-based private equity firm with more than $100 million in global assets.

Larry has nearly 30 years of senior management experience in the packaging and process manufacturing industries. His expertise includes successful negotiations for domestic and international acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures, along with strategic planning and international development.

Prior to founding MVOC, Larry was the Chairman and CEO of North America Packaging Corporation, and President and COO of Southcorp Packaging USA. He has also been the President and COO of Waldorf Corporation, and held a series of key positions at Packaging Corporation of America, as well as serving as a consultant to several prominent manufacturing companies. Currently he is a member of BWay Corporation Board of Directors.

During his career, Larry has been appointed to the Boards of the American Forest & Paper Association, the Paperboard Packaging Council, the Recycled Paperboard Technical Association and the Miami University Pulp & Paper Foundation. He is a graduate of Miami University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics.

Phill is the CFO and managing member of MVOC, a North Carolina-based private equity firm with $100 million in global assets.

Phill is a business improvement professional with more than 20 years of experience in successful change management and turnaround strategy in various manufacturing environments.

Prior to launching MVOC, Phill was Vice Chairman and CFO of North America Packaging Corporation and CFO of Southcorp Packaging. He also headed an international unit of Southcorp based in Sydney, Australia, and led global manufacturing operations for a U.S.-based irrigation business. 

Phill began his career in accounting for property development and construction companies in South Australia. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and a Bachelor of Finance from the University of South Australia.

Chuck’s 20 years of global accounting experience includes leadership positions for the Southeastern tax services group of Deloitte & Touche and the Southeast area corporate tax services for Ernst & Young. He holds a Bachelor of Science from State University of New York.
